AI Surge Africa Hackathon

Join us for an extraordinary week-long event that brings together the brightest minds in AI and machine learning from around the world! From September 16th to September 21st, 2024, we will host an exhilarating hackathon filled with opportunities to innovate, learn, and connect.

Event Overview:

Our event aims to achieve three primary goals:

1. Raise Awareness: We aim to spotlight the significance of AI and machine learning in Africa, showcasing the continent’s potential to lead in these transformative technologies.
2. Create AI Solutions: Participants will collaborate to develop innovative AI solutions tailored to address unique challenges in Africa.
3. Attract Investment: By demonstrating the talent and potential within Africa, we hope to attract more investors to Ghana and the broader region.

Event Schedule:

• September 16th - 18th (Virtual Sessions):
• Mentorship: Engage with experienced mentors from various industries. Gain insights and guidance on AI and machine learning projects.
• Workshops: Participate in hands-on workshops to hone your skills and knowledge in cutting-edge AI technologies.
• Networking: Connect with fellow hackers, mentors, and potential investors through our virtual networking sessions.
• September 19th - 21st (In-Person Sessions):
• Location: The final three days of the event will take place in person, providing an immersive experience for all participants.
• Hackathon: Collaborate with your peers to develop innovative AI solutions. Work together to tackle real-world challenges and create impactful projects.
• Judging: Present your projects to a panel of esteemed judges. Receive feedback and recognition for your hard work and creativity.
• Awards Ceremony: On Saturday, September 21st, we will announce the winners of the hackathon. Celebrate the achievements and innovations of your peers.
